Headquartered in California, PSI have a presence in 20+ countries and thereby, have a very global outlook on talent.
PSI recently acquired A&DC, UK, who are leaders in the field of behavioural assessment and development. Backed by PSI’s strong technology platforms and the acquisition of A&DC’s expansive portfolio of talent solutions, we hope to offer high fidelity assessment and development centre solutions, consulting and professional training to our clients.
Building Expertise on Behavioural Assessments
Our association with PSI is opportune. Over time, we have received numerous requests from our clients seeking our expertise to run simulations and behavioural assessments. Over the last two years, we have steadily worked towards building expertise in this area by running certification programmes like the BEI, assessor skills and assessment/development centre manager skills. We brought in experts from Dubai and UK to India to learn, adopt and productise best practices in the field of behavioural assessments. PSI’s expertise in this area is unparalleled and we have built our consulting practice to extend this expertise and global perspective on talent to our clients.
The Promise of Top-notch Offerings
Over 14 years of Anahat’s existence, it has been our goal and commitment to bring best-in-class global solutions and products to India. Our first partnership was with The Myers-Briggs Company – an expert in people development psychometrics. With The Myers-Briggs Company, we could access renowned tools like the MBTI®, the FIRO® and the Strong Interest Inventory®, all of which are world-class instruments when it comes to development, counselling and guidance. Our second partnership was with Saville Assessment which allowed us to bring in the most powerful psychometric tool available in the market for competency-based assessments in talent management. Now, through our third partnership with PSI, we intend to supplement our expertise on competency-based talent management by offering product and consulting solutions around assessment of demonstrated behaviour in simulations and exercises.
New Products and Consulting Offerings
The PSI products that we would like to immediately offer to our clients are AC-EXS™ – PSI’s range of assessment and development centre exercises and VirtualAC™ – the interactive online simulations for assessment of workplace competencies. Another new tool that has been included in our portfolio is The Dilemmas™ Series which is a set of role-focussed Situational Judgement Tests (SJTs) for online selection and screening.
