New Tools for Facilitating MBTI® Feedback

Last year The Myers-Briggs Company, the publisher of the MBTI® instrument, launched new exciting products that can help practitioners facilitate impactful MBTI® debrief. These tools are designed to work with both Step I and Step II reports.

 

MBTI® Step I Feedback Cards

 

 

This set of 27 feedback cards is designed to structure your debrief on MBTI® Step I reports in one-on-one conversations. These cards also provide practitioners with an easy way to explain preferences and help facilitate the conversation through specific questions meant to explore client’s references. MBTI® Step II Feedback Cards

 

 

This set of 28 feedback cards is designed to structure your debrief on MBTI® Step II reports in one-on-one conversations. These cards also provide practitioners with an easy way to explain preferences, introduce the facets under each dichotomy and help explore midzone and OOPs in the conversation. MBTI® Flip-a-Type Tip

 

 

The Flip-a-Type tip is a great companion and give away from an MBTI one-on-one conversation as well as workshop. It provides summarily strengths, blindspot, likes and dislikes of each type. By design, it allows one to flip through different types and compare it with any other type to find better ways of working with them.
