Refund and Transfer Policy for Programs:

Sometimes due to reasons beyond our control, we may find it necessary to postpone or cancel a program. In the event that this happens, you may choose to transfer to the next program, without any transfer fee.

You may cancel or transfer to a future program subject to the following conditions:

Cancellation Policy for Programs

100% refund will be provided for requests received in writing two weeks prior to the program date (subject to study materials returned to Anahat in immaculate condition)

85% refund will be provided for requests received in writing less than two weeks but more than one week prior to the program date (subject to study materials returned to Anahat in immaculate condition)

50% refund will be provided for requests received in writing less than one week prior to the program date (subject to study materials returned to Anahat in immaculate condition)

There will be no refund for a “No-show”

Transfer (Same program to a different date)

No transfer fee would be applicable if a request is received in writing two weeks prior to the program date

20% of the total course fees will be charged as transfer fee, if a request is received in writing less than two weeks but more than one week prior to the program date

30% of the total course fees will be charged as transfer fee, if a request is received in writing less than one week prior to the program date

The candidate is required to pay the transfer fee within 7 days of receiving an invoice for such fees
